If you are looking for a Parker Gift Shop then I recommend The Parker Shoppes. This place is beyond a gift shop, it is a market with an eclectic array of dealers offering home decor, apparel, gifts & vintage items.
When you pull up to The Parker Shoppes you are immediately greeted with a variety of outdoor / garden statues & decor. Then as you enter the store you are amazed (and somewhat overwhelmed the first time according to my husband) by all the different selection of items. The store itself is extremely large (about 5,000 square feet) so there is so much to look at there.
Here is a list of some items that I myself have bought there to give you an example of the wide variety:

What I love most about this store is that it is owned by a local Parkerite, the vendors who sell items there are all Parkerites, and the people who buy the items are usually Parkerites. Think of it as a giant Flea Market with New Items and Vintage Items.
Even if you aren’t in the market to buy knick knacks this is a great store to go and spend a few hours looking around. You may surprise yourself and find something you didn’t even know you were looking for (which happens to me every time I go into this store). Don’t get me wrong though, they are still my favorite Parker Gift Shop because they do sell Colorado Specific & labeled items AND they sell so many new items that are perfect for Birthday’s, Anniversary’s, New Baby, Weddings, Engagements, Christmas’, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, or whatever you could possibly need a gift for! 
The items are UNIQUE, great QUALITY, great priced, and overall fun!
